On November 14-15, 2015 Healing Touch Buddies will celebrate 11 years of service by training a new group of energy therapists to become “Buddies.” In the two-day training at Jupiter Medical Center’s Raso Education Center, they will learn techniques and gain knowledge specific to cancer care and how to sustain their one-to-one care relationships over the period of a year without sacrificing self.
Healing Touch: The Mind, Body, Spirit Connection
Sometimes we just need a hug or a pat on the back to get us through a difficult time. The comfort of another person extending a hand can change our sad feelings into positive thoughts.
Touch: The Small Act of Caring
“Healing Touch Buddies, Inc. is a local non-profit health and education organization, dedicated to improving the quality of life of those challenged with breast cancer; providing patients with Healing Touch and volunteer practitioners with instruction and support.”
“I Died and Lived To Tell About It” Lecture to Benefit Healing Touch Buddies
Author, inventor and researcher Mellen-Thomas Benedict, whose tour of the afterworld more than 30 years ago made him an encyclopedia of near-death
experience, will present a pair of talks at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. The health-technology consultant and mind-body scholar will discuss
advances in anti-aging phototherapy and quantum biology during “Living at the Speed of Light” and deliver a dynamic multimedia presentation touching on
collective intelligence, metaphysics and starseed destiny during “Spirit of Gaia.” Attend the full day, or choose a single lecture – morning or afternoon.

The Healing Power of Gratitude
Perhaps giving thanks has been a foundation of your life for as long as you can remember, learning your “please” and “thank you” from a devoted parent patient enough to keep repeating the question, “Now what do you say?”
