Today’s wonderful topic is one that I love dearly: tomatoes. They have always been one of my favorite foods, and they are oh-so-good for you, too! So, let’s talk about why they’re so great!

If 2020 has taught us anything, it is that nothing is permanent, and each day is a gift. What we focus on with the people that influence us, and the beliefs we hold and take for granted were certainly challenged.
This coming Fourth of July I would like to share some of my favorite sayings. It is a great time to show how grateful we are to live in a country like ours.
It’s coming…it’s really coming! The 21/22 season for Palm Beach County theaters is just a few months away. The Wick Theatre in Boca Raton got a head start by staging an amazing production of A Chorus Line in May. It was the perfect show to bring us all back to the theater, which was set up to accommodate with social distancing and everyone wearing masks.
After fourteen months of this pandemic, I’d settle for seeing a school play! Well…I heard that the Barn Theater in Stuart was performing Rumors. Unfortunately, they’re only selling tickets for 50% of seats and were quickly all sold out. Then I heard that Lake Worth Playhouse had a murder-mystery…same story, all sold out.
So you just received a promotion, moved to a new state, bought a new house and your wife is expecting twins….you couldn’t be happier!!!! Now is the time to make a “LIFESTYLE ENERGY PLAN!”
Pistachios are great because they are not filled with calories (like other snacks you might mindlessly munch on) but are instead filled with nutrients like healthy fats, magnesium, potassium, fiber, Vitamin B-6, phosphorus and thiamin. In fact, just a single serving of pistachios is almost 40% of your recommended daily intake of Vitamin B-6 (which is important for cognitive development and protein metabolism).
Forget the quote “work hard, play hard.” If you want to be an entrepreneur, then you should play hard to work hard. After all, people develop skills not by working non-stop, but by dedicating their time to activities that give them joy and knowledge.
Olive oil, martinis, Popeye’s girlfriend. Olives are known for a lot of things! They are one of my favorites. I love stuffed olives in my martinis. But did you know that they are also incredibly healthy and versatile?
Welcome 2021! The beginning of a new year is one of my favorite times. Everyone is always so hopeful for a new start. While some people refuse to make New Year’s resolutions, I applaud those who do. It is wonderful to see people try to better themselves. I love having goals and make multiple different types each year. I just finished my vision board for 2021.
