The Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Advisory Council held its CEO Connection luncheon featuring Don Hearing, owner and Vice President of Cotleur & Hearing, at the Els Center of Excellence in Jupiter.

With over thirty years of experience in this discipline, Mr. Hearing has been practicing in South Florida since 1982. He serves as managing partner of Cotleur & Hearing Investments, a real estate development and acquisition company. He also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Council of Palm Beach County. Additionally, Mr. Hearing is a Director for the PGA Corridor Association and the Lighthouse Center for the Arts, as well as Board member for MyClinic of Jupiter.

Center of Excellence

The Els Center of Excellence is now moving from concept to reality and as of August 17, 2015 began operations for the Lower School and Auditorium buildings. The Center is an extraordinary project that is designed to show the world what should be available to children and young adults on the autism spectrum.  There are numerous program elements and research plans that will expand the reach of the Center far beyond South Florida. The virtual aspects of the Center are discussed under the E-learning tab. The physical components include an educational program for 300 students ages 3-21, applied research, medical and professional services, transition to adulthood and its myriad of aspects including adult living and job training.
