At Florida Public Utilities, we value our customers so much that we want you to have direct access to accurate energy information. So, we have developed a portal on our website that allows you to submit any energy-related question. Once you submit a question, your request will go directly to one of our energy experts who will give you a personal answer by email. Most of the time, the questions are answered immediately—even over the weekends. It would be rare to have to wait 24 hours for an answer.
We promise to give you accurate and up-to-date information specific to Florida’s hot humid climate. That information is difficult to find elsewhere on the Internet because most of the country is in a different climate zone than Florida. Actually, much of the energy information found online is incorrect, actually in reverse for what Floridians need to know.
For all your energy-related questions, we at Florida Public Utilities want to be the first place you think to go for valid information! www.fpuc.com/energyexpert
