On Tuesday, November 7, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Palm Beach Gardens, the Business to Business for Women had the privilege of having a presentation by Greta Schulz of Schulz Business “SELLutions.” Her fabulous presentation was entitled: “Relationship Building for Both your Professional and Personal Life.”
Greta is a well-known, award-winning business and leadership coach, a force in the business world, who shared her advice which included: “You can pick your friends not always your clients.” You have to learn to adapt to their strengths and weaknesses. Get the client comfortable with you, build trust, and they will probably work with you. Knowing their traits will help you navigate expectations and deliver.
