Maltz Jupiter Theatre

Jersey Boys will open at the Maltz Jupiter Theater on October 25. The show is joyous and filled with songs that will have you dancing in your seat. The story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons is charming with some bittersweet moments. Grab your tickets before this blockbuster is sold out.

The Maltz recently held a media luncheon on its recently renovated state hosted by Producing Artistic Director Andrew Kato. The surprise guest was Josh Skurnik who will play the lead singer in the upcoming production of Jersey Boys.

A terrific way to begin your holiday season would be A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum—a musical farce about a slave named Pseudolos who is trying to win his freedom by helping his master win the heart of his love. Music and lyrics by the legend Stephen Sondheim will have you humming and laughing as the various schemes start to unravel. The musical opens on November 29 and runs through December 18. Give yourself a break from holiday shopping to enjoy this classic.

Twelve Angry Men

The classic drama Twelve Angry Men opens on December 9 and runs through December 24. The show tells the story of a jury of 12 men who must decide whether or not to reach a guilty verdict and sentence the 19-year-old defendant to death. Only one juror believes he may be innocent and must convince the other eleven that there is reasonable doubt. The play by Reginald Rose was adapted from a television play in 1955 and features a classic debate that addresses many issues plaguing the judicial system today. The show is beautifully written and sure to be one more jewel in the crown of this wonderful theater.

Kravis Theatre for the Performing Arts

The Kravis will open Kravis on Broadway on November 15-20 with Get on Your Feet—the story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan. The show’s electric music will have you rocking to “Rhythm is Gonna Get You” and “Conga,” as well as “Coming Out of the Dark.” The story is exhilarating, and you will want to “Get on Your Feet!”
Disney’s Aladdin will be a fantastic was to celebrate the holidays. The show features beautiful musical and runs from December 14-23. With a crazy genie and three wishes, what could go wrong?! The whole family will love this spectacle. Music, magic, and comedy flows in the fun-filled production!

Jerry Herman’s Love Letter to Israel

The Wick Theater is opening their season with Jerry Herman’s Love Letter to Israel, starring Avi Hoffman. This is the story of American widows who travel to Israel in search of love. The musical runs from October 13- November 6.
Don’t forget to check out The Museum Club, which features an interactive touring of the wardrobe designed by Sir Cecil Beaton for the 1956 Broadway hit, My Fair Lady. It’s an exciting behind the scenes look at the black and white ensembles from The Ascot! Make a day of it and have a delicious lunch in the beautiful tavern with a special Ascot luncheon.
