On November 9, 2013, Robert and Lynne Hoss, internationally renowned authors and creators of the Dream to Freedom technique, will conduct an interactive and visually rich three-part workshop on integrating dreams and energy psychology for emotional healing and personal growth. The workshop will begin with the broader question of consciousness, energy and the essence of our being, then focus upon the science and psychology of dreams and energy psychology. Participants will learn how dreams heal what they reveal, and how energy psychology can rapidly reduce the effects of traumas and phobias. Finally, participants will learn how to use dreams along with an emotional freedom technique for identifying and working thorough emotional barriers.

The workshop is useful for therapists, practitioners and those with a more casual interest. The workshop is being held to support Youth Environmental Alliance, a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to promote education and participation in environmental activities to diverse persons of all abilities.

Robert Hoss is a scientist and director of the Dream Science Foundation and International Association for the Study of Dreams, author of Dream Language and co-author of Dream to Freedom. Hoss has been researching and teaching about dreams for over 30 years, was host of Dream Time Radio, and is a faculty member of the Haden Institute.

Co-author, Lynne Hoss, is a Clinical Psychologist and Certified Energy Practitioner, also authored 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life. Lynne previously served as the Energy Psychology Program Director for Innersource. Lynne now teaches energy psychology in public and private forums, and is certified by the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP).
